Head of Junior School

As Head of Junior School, overseeing Foundation Stage and Key Stage-1, Salma brings 30+ years of expertise in Early Years education in Dubai. A specialist in Early Childhood Education, her visionary leadership earned an Outstanding DSIB rating for Pristine’s EYFS, recognised for exceptional achievement and holistic development. She believes a child’s ‘aha!’ moment is the greatest reward.

Her deep passion for nurturing young minds and love for children’s literature drives her team to foster inclusive classrooms where curiosity, imagination, and a love for learning flourish among the youngest Pristinians.

Zeenat Munir

Head of Primary

Zeenat brings a wealth of experience in primary education, holding a Master’s in Education with a focus on SEND, as well as the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). As Head of Primary, she is dedicated to developing students’ core learning skills through rich, experiential learning opportunities.

Zeenat sets a clear vision for empowering every child to thrive academically and personally. While building the resilience and adaptability to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. Her mission through the 30+ years of experience is ‘Guiding Growth, Nurturing Potential’.

Head of Secondary

Tasneem brings over 20 years of experience in education and holds a Master’s in education - Leadership, Management and Change as well as the National Professional Qualification of Headship. As Head of Secondary, she is passionate about the holistic development of students from early adolescence through to A Levels.

Her leadership is rooted in building a legacy of high achievement, with graduates securing placements at top-tier universities worldwide. She champions emotional intelligence, compassion, perseverance, and authenticity—qualities she believes are essential for young adults navigating today’s fast-evolving world of AI and social media.
